I designed, built and flew my own fixed wing aircrafts since 2014. 

Aircrafts built mostly out of foam and other light-weight materials.

Payloads varied from phone cameras (yes, a phone was mounted on some aircrafts to record video) to FPV cameras to tiny parachutes that could be dropped mid-air.

FPV (first-person-view) quadcopters where a camera is mounted on the quad which relays live video to a pair of goggles worn by the pilot.

This experience is truly an adrenaline rush as these machines are capable of manipulating six degrees of freedom at a very rapid rate.
